Just Moved and need Help with personal auto insurance?

by Auto Insurance New Jersey on May 18, 2010

I recently moved out of my parents and into Brooklyn. I am currently on my parents New jersey car insurance, however i can’t officially change all of my ID’s and info legally to a NY resident until i figure out what i need to do since their insurance company wont cover an out of state driver. What are the steps i need to take to personally cover just myself so i can still drive when need be (when im in my hometown, vacations, etc . . ) Like i said it would be just driver insurance, I no longer own a vehicle. Thanks for any help.

If you don’t live in their household, and don’t have regular access to the vehicle, the only thing you need to drive their cars when you are visiting is their permission.
You should not need to be listed on any policy if you are not driving regularly.

car-insurance.22web.net – try this one. I personally have their car insurance, cause it is the cheapest for me in our area.
